General Responsibilities

a) Promote our shipping/air service directly to oversea buyers and trading companies.

b) Give the best solution for shipments which are loaded from all port of China.

c) Handle shipping orders and give response within 24 hours.

d) Provide instant feedback and suggestions if any problem with the shipments.

e) Consolidate shipments and give monthly report to key clients.

Procedure

a) You send shipping order to us(supplier detail, information of Mb/l.special require etc..) as a form.

b) we contact with your supplier confirm when the goods are ready

c) Book to carrier for shipping space,then arrange load or load by factory.

d) After shipptment,Our document department will check Mb/l with you or your document department,Inform Carrier Issue Mb/l and send Mb/l to you through TNT or DHL express.

Payment

1) Master Bill of Lading - After vessel depart from Port of Loading, We will send bill copy and debit note to your financial department, you may directly pay ocean freight to our Hong Kong USD account, then we will send original MB/L to you, please note remittance fee should be paid by your side.

2) House Way Bill - You may pay ocean freight to our agent at destination after cargo arrival, but handling charge required by our agent.
